Shipping policy

Canook offers free expedited shipping within Canada. In the event of a return customer will be charged for our shipping costs incurred if free shipping is used. We use a standard flat rate for US shipments. Everything is shipped with Canada post but we are happy to quote on another carrier if prefered. All Shipments are sent out in a batch once a week with tracking following shortly after.
