Refund policy

 

CANOOK Trading Ltd. will gladly refund domestic purchases within 10 days. Items must be in original condition and must not to be worn, used, altered or washed. Items must include all attached original CANOOK price tickets. Discounted items & personal care items are final sale only. Customer will be charged our shipping fees in event of return if free shipping is used. Due to customs we unfortunately can’t offer returns on orders from outside of Canada, final sale only. Canook cannot be held accountable for delays from shipping etc.
